Service overview

We offer personal and group counselling services to support your mental health.

We can work with you or your family to find ways to deal with challenges and improve wellbeing. These might relate to alcohol and other drugs, domestic and family violence, sexual abuse or sexual assault, or understanding gender and sexual identity.
Program Information
Family Mental Health Support Service
Caring for a young person with mental health issues can be challenging. The Family Mental Health Support Service can help. We offer free counselling and information to families concerned about a young person aged under 18. Our goal is to help children and families to improve mental health, resilience and confidence.
Mental health support for older people
The Southern and Northern Supported Recovery Program can help older people living in the southern and northern regions of Adelaide who are experiencing mental illness.
Personal counselling
It can take effort to develop safe and respectful relationships. We can support you with confidential individual and group counselling if you would like to improve relationships in your life. Our services are available to adults, couples, children and young people, and we welcome people from all backgrounds.

Supportive counselling and peer groups for young men and non-binary youth in the City of Playford who have been affected by family, domestic, or sexual violence.

We provide recovery support services if you are experiencing long-term mental health issues, and would like support to live the best life you can.
Sexual abuse and sexual assault
If you are working through the effects of sexual abuse or sexual assault - either recently or in the past - talking with someone can help. We understand that this can be difficult. Our counselling services are confidential, respectful and safe, and can support you to move forward.

We help young people and their parents or caregivers to resolve conflict and improve relationships. We aim to bring families together and can provide temporary accommodation, family counselling, therapeutic support and access to tailored services for families.
