CHSP + HCP offer different levels of support, depending on your needs
CHSP provides basic support if you have low-level needs. Services include cleaning, home maintenance, personal care, health services, and active classes.
HCP offers higher-level services, packaged together to best suit you. This gives you access to a greater range of services if your needs are more complex. Support levels range from Level 1 for basic needs care to Level 4 for high needs care.
You can receive these services as a private client too.
Help around the home
We can help you with everyday tasks at home to maintain your independence and comfort.
We can help you with:
cleaning
laundry
cooking and preparing meals
home maintenance
gardening
window and gutter cleaning.
Personal care
You may like some assistance with your personal care, or getting around to appointments and activities.
We can help you with:
bathing
dressing
medication reminders
shopping and paying bills
transport
support at appointments and activities.
Lifestyle + social support
It’s important to stay social and connected to others in your community. You might enjoy catching up with friends or meeting new people, or taking a day trip from time to time. Maybe you’d just like to have a chat with someone over a cuppa.
We can support you with:
day trips
groups and clubs
the Cosy Club knitting group
friendly phone calls
home visits, including an option where your visitor can bring their pet.
Health + wellbeing
Our team of experienced health professionals can support your health needs at home and your general wellbeing.
We can support you with:
allied health, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and social work
active classes for mind and body
in-home dental care
medication management
continence support
safety at home, such as assessments for equipment and security.
Veterans Home Care Services
Support is available for older people who have served in the Defence forces, and their family members. This funding is provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

Fees for home support services
For all CHSP services, you will make a small contribution. Fees for HCP services depend on your income, which is part of your My Aged Care assessment.
