We recommend that the remaining reforms in the Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous) Amendment Bill 2023 are enacted as soon as possible.

These changes will bring much needed protections for renters in our state.

We look forward to continuing our work with the state government to help strengthen tenancy laws that improve housing outcomes in our state.
