How to pay
Click here to pay your account with a Visa or Mastercard via our secure payment gateway. Payments are processed immediately with a reference number provided as proof of the transaction.
Please ensure you include your account number (can be found at the top right of your bill) in the reference box on the payment page. This will ensure we can accurately match your payment to your account.
Please note, you will not incur any transactions fees from Uniting Communities for paying your account via credit card online.
Refund policy
Services provided by Uniting Communities are billed to the customer after the service has been delivered. As such, refunds are not available. Should you wish to query a charge on your account, please contact your customer service coordinator or call 1800 615 677.
